FOUR DECOMPOSED BODIES FOUND IN MUSANZA, NAKONDE

Officials in Nakonde District have confirmed that four decomposed bodies were discovered in a bushy area of Musanza Village, which is part of Musyani Ward.

The bodies, which were found without any clothes, have not yet been identified, and their nationalities are still unknown. Both Nakonde District Commissioner Marvelous Sikapizye and Musanza Village Headman Clement Bulaya confirmed this news in separate statements to Chete FM News.

According to the officials, three of the bodies were found on Sunday, and the fourth was discovered on Monday by local people who were coming back from their fields.

District Commissioner Sikapizye mentioned that the Zambia Police Service has been notified and has already visited the site. Investigations are ongoing to find out how the individuals died and who they were.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward as the police continue their investigation.
